About the Communication Capacity Framework

The Communication Capacity Framework was developed by Michael León-Rivera, Founder of EchoCultura Consulting, after years of working directly with and serving nonprofit organizations and charitable foundations. Through those experiences and countless conversations with mission-driven leaders about the persistent gap between program impact and public visibility, a clear pattern emerged: organizations with powerful missions were losing funding and long-term sustainability because of insufficient communications infrastructure.

The Communication Capacity Framework is EchoCultura's response to that gap. It is a four-pillar model that moves organizations beyond short-term marketing or fundraising tactics by connecting strategic clarity, internal systems, cross-sector partnerships, and sustained advisory support, ensuring that the impact donors and foundations invest in remains visible, verifiable, and built to last.
